The 235-seat restaurant pays homage to the region's deep-rooted history and diverse landscape, at the same time carving a new path forward for the traditional steak house by introducing unexpected and sophisticated design elements to enhance the dining experience.
The name Knife & Spoon is representative of the cutting-edge dry aged cuts of meat served in the restaurant and spoon is representative of a fishing lure for the seafood dishes.
